ELIMINATE the employer's share of Social Security tax to encourage American employers to hire Americans.
REPLACE this revenue to the Social Security Administration by making dividends and capital gains subject to the Social Security Tax. Eliminate the cap on income subject to Social Security Tax. The effect would be to shift the Social Security Tax burden from employers to the owners of businesses and high wage employees.
Employees' benefits and Social Security Tax should be unchanged.
This would have a tremendous impact on our domestic job market as well as making American-made products more competitive internationally. Employers would benefit tremendously increasing employment, and the benefits would multiply through the whole economy, benefitting all classes and parties.
