There needs to be an end to fast and furious end of year government spending. Every year government organizations spend Billions of dollars a year in august and september just to ensure that they receive the same or more in the next year. There is no incentive in place to return money to the US Treasury. This practice needs to end. Imagine the savings that this would bring to our country, our tax payers and our economy. There needs to be incentives to eliminate this type of wasteful spending. Please put in place this initiative immediately to end this wasteful spending with this years budget cycle.
