Under the Endangered Species Act many civil rights negated and injustices are done. It is sad that a species for any reason is becoming endangered. If it is to be protected it should not be done by government. Interested citizens or groups should be responsible for trying to protect them. This act is beyond the business of government and should be eliminated/repealed immediately.
