Eliminate the excess "taxation" of Americans through the toll road system.

The use of the toll system should be eliminated. The toll system was initially designed to help pay for the debt that remained after the completion of a road. Are tolls being done away with after the payment is gained in full? The toll roads through Chicago and Ohio are in ill repair and are overpriced. With the amount of traffic that uses the toll roads daily, certainly they should have the initial amount of funds that they desired. What is being done with the excess money? It appears that we as a nation should be more wise in spending money on things (including roads) before we have the funds.
