It is time to abolish the archaic child support laws and systems in the country. for too long, non custodial parents have been forced to be extorted.
The child support laws are out dated, and completely one sided. the courts should have no intervention with who pays what, it is for the parents to decide. if one parent chooses to not support a child, or be part if their life, there should be no civil or criminal liability you are infringing on the persons free will and right to choose what is in their personal best interest.
laws are meant to be changed, and abolished, this is clearly one of them. the courts and their services need to be abolished. gay marriage laws have changed, marijuana laws are changing and the child support laws need to be changed to the status of abolished.
