The transitionto internet and cable is evident by decreasing ratings for free TV channels supported financially by the US government. In light this transition in technology and our budget deficit, the US should stop funding all free TV channels and force them to go cable. All FCC decency rules need to correspondingly be eliminated. It is not the government's job to determine morality or decency.
