We, the people of America, do not want the president, congress, or any other government agency giving our hard earned money to foreign governments until our nation's budget is balanced. If our elected officials cannot or will not adjust their spending that we might have a monetary surplus and consistent decreases in our nation's debt, then we are not in a position to give foreign aid.
