Eliminate foreign loans and create self-sustaining markets by imposing cutoff earnings on a single foundation.

The US government has denied the existence of a gargantuan foundation with over 20 figures in assets by suggesting (in CIA’s World Factbook) all American companies combined do not exceed billion-dollar holdings.
FARES, a foundation with more wealth than all the world's nations combined, enjoys very little taxation on over 20 figures in assets/currency, yet the government maintains no entity exists worth more than a billion to justify borrowing $32 trillion (12 figures) from China.
For the average person, this means 1 foundation has more resources than all global countries reported according to the CIA.
If the US continues borrowing $32 trillion from China, self-sustaining domestic and foreign markets are impossible.
