Eliminate Gerrymandering that stifles the votes of the majority in favor of extreme fringe groups.

Propose an amendment to the US Constitution that would ensure voting districts would be symmetrical and drawn up based on population alone. The current partisan system has resulted in districts that render large numbers of votes irrelevant and serve only to ensure that members of one party or another are assured of "winning". To regain some semblance of democracy in this country, we need to have every vote count. We need voting districts designed by non-partisan groups, based on a formula that takes only population density into account, and made as symmetrical as possible.
