Eliminate Gerrymandering

Eliminate gerrymandering by removing all congressional districts and holding state wide elections for all members of Congress. The state of Connecticut has 5 congressional districts now, therefore the top 5 vote getters running for a seat in The House of Representatives in Connecticut would be elected. If a state like California has 53 congressional districts, the top 53 vote getters in that state would be elected. The state of Delaware has always held elections for members of The House of Representatives this way. This kind of voting system would produce members from each state who would work for all the people within the state. This change would also prevent members of The House of Representatives from holding lifetime terms by gerrymandering their districts.
