Eliminate government services to those who do not graduate from high school and reinstate for those who gain a GED.

This will force our young adults to acquire their high school diploma or a GED making them ready for competitive employment. It will allow public schools to focus on the outcomes of students and spend less time battling attendance issues. When a student earns their diploma they become more employable and more opportunities are available to them. This should work to curtail drop-out rates across the country and raise the bar for our young adults.
