Eliminate government waste & implement a fair tax plan.

We desire to do away with the unfair tax code and implement a 5% across the board national sales tax and reduce government spending.
This plan would create revenue from all levels and all people in the United States, even those here for tourism or otherwise. Our economy thrives on consumption. No matter your income level you can contribute to the health of the U.S.
If this plan were implemented most of the IRS would no longer be necessary, saving government funds. It would also eliminate most tax fraud investigations, which in turn would free law enforcement for other crimes and reduce spending in that area.
This tax is fair as the rich with more disposable income would pay more in funds, but everyone will still contribute.
