Eliminate high cost of Auto Insurance. We were told when everyone had to have it would be much cheaper. Went up 1000%

When asking legislation for mandatory auto insurance all of the many insurance company's line was that "once everyone had it, insurance would become cheaper" It actually became 1000% more expensive. Deductibles went to levels that made all but the more serious issues the insured's obligation to pay for. For a single person with more than one auto or truck duplicating liability costs by having to carry liability for each separate auto or truck is redundant, you can only drive one at a time and you are insuring the driver with liability anyway. Its wrong and needs to be changed to be fair.
