Eliminate the holiday celebrating a mass murderer named Christopher Columbus.

I would like the Obama Administration to end the Holiday of Columbus Day. It celebrates a mass murderer who enslaved, forcibly converted, tortured, and executed thousands of innocent natives. He started a horrible slave trade and opened the gates to far worse slaughters such as the destruction of the Aztec, Inca, and Mayan Empires as well as the subjection of the American natives. He started the Great American Smallpox Epidemic which killed 90% of the native populace. Christopher Columbus did not discover America (the brave hunter gatherers of Kamchatka were 10,000 years ahead of him), he was not the first European to land in America (the Vikings landed circa 1000 C.E.) and he was a mass murderer. I call on the Obama Administration to end the Holiday of Columbus Day.
