Create an online-based voting system in which each citizen has a personal account and the ability to vote on all proposed laws to replace the HOR. All proposed laws will be posted on a public online forum giving everyone the ability to access, assess, and scrutinize these proposals.
Representatives are an outdated concept given the technological advancements that have been achieved since these forms of government were first devised. The power of the internet should be utilized to modernize our government
