Eliminate insurance from healthcare. Help healthcare providers to set up networks where citizens' can simply pay a monthly fee and be assured ALL healthcare needs are met by their healthcare network. Ex.: I'm healthy, on no prescriptions, eat healthy and exercise. I still need annual women's exams though. Why should 20% of money I pay to an insurance company be a cost I must bear? For their profit? How does that help my health? It doesn't. But if I paid a monthly fee to a hospital network, my annual exams would be covered, if further healthcare is needed, that would be covered and if I were in an automobile accident, again, my healthcare would be covered. Keep Medicaid for those that qualify, but the private insurance companies should keep their greedy paws out of MY healthcare.
