Eliminate the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Institute a Federal flat tax system for all sales, regardless of income.

Created by R.G. on May 18, 2013

Adopt a simple and fair single-rate tax system by scrapping the internal revenue code and replacing it with one that is no longer than 4,543 words–the length of the original Constitution. Permanently repeal all tax hikes, including those to the income, capital gains, and death taxes. Eliminate the IRS and put the current employees of the IRS in other public servant roles like Police/Fire, Military, EMT, School Teachers, etc. Slash Corporate Tax Rates. U.S. corporations face the highest tax rate in the developed world, and they face double taxation if they invest their profits in America. As a result, American companies are today keeping over $2 trillion overseas. With over 25 million Americans out of a job, the current tax laws hinder American employment opportunities.
