Well, this is now 2015 and as technology continues to advance and become widely available, internet data usages will increase. Internet Data Caps are one of my worries when I get my internet bill, and I'm not alone. Many ISP's will say that internet data caps are the least of their worries since they believe that it's rare for 'someone' (well that's just one person, what about a family? They might even have teens.) to surpass a 250 GB Data Cap, but sooner or later, in the near future, that statement will soon become false. Also, many people are streaming online for entertainment, news, and educational content instead of watching cable TV. Streaming online itself uses a lot of data. Cable will soon become obsolete. The internet is a necessity, not a luxury of the future.
