The purpose of this petition is to Eliminate the IRS and all of their Illegal tax codes and regulations. We The People are tired of being audited and Illegally charged taxes that we do not owe. The IRS puts levies and liens on our assets and we have not even been convicted of a crime. We at least should have our day in court to defend our position before we suffer cruel and unusual punishments. Our constitutional rights are being violated everyday by the actions of the IRS. We ask Congress to Please Eliminate the IRS and use another method of tax collection. We just want a fair chance to survive, which is our constitutional right.
