Eliminate the IRS and initiate a fair tax system

The IRS is a failed system. It allows the poor and the rich to ride the backs of the middle class. Everyone one should pay equal taxes despite their income. It costs Billions of dollars to process refunds every year. If there was an across the board tax on income, no refunds would need to be processed and there would be no need for audits and loop holes, saving billions. Could either be a national sales tax or an equal percentage for all, despite your income.
