Eliminate the IRS, repeal the Income Tax, and collect taxes from state governments instead of individuals & businesses.

Created by G.W. on June 01, 2013

Propose legislation to repeal the income tax and replace it with a tax collected from the state governments. The proposal should leave it to the state governments to determine what methods they will use to raise the money to pay the federal tax. This proposal will also eliminate the IRS, eliminate tax loopholes, and it will allow Americans to take home 100% of their paychecks in states that do not have income taxes. It will eliminate federal corruption in both political parties by removing the power of the federal government to pass tax loopholes for individuals and businesses. Federal spending in each state will be factored into that state's tax rate, thereby discouraging state representatives from requesting wasteful federal spending. Our tax code urgently needs bold, fair reform.
