Eliminate the law that states that H-4 visa holders can not legally work and allow them to work legally part-time.

People who are legally in the United States but are spouses of H-1b are not allowed to work because Immigration decided that way. There is educated people who can work and serve this country in a good manner and make a living and help their spouses (H-1b) with the income for the houses expenses.
