Eliminate the legislative branch pay checks and health services until the health care act is passed for all Americans

Due to the battle with the House and Senate Republicans not funding the health care act. Resend their benefits and ensure that those in power face what every American without health care faces, Escalating out of pocket cost for basic health care. In addition for the poor job performance the Republicans should be on a action plan for their view that Americans are not allowed same benefits as the Legislative Branch and other departments of the U S Government. Also with the government shut down the same group should not be paid until they pass what should be a basic right in any other industrialized nation in the world already enjoys.
