The United States House of Representatives are allowed to lobby a vote for personal gain in our political system. This makes the voice of the 99% of Americans unheard and corrupts our Government. Lobbying in the Senate is illegal and should be made a constitutional amendment to make lobbying in the House of Representatives illegal as well.
