Eliminate Low-Income Class

According to the Census Bureau, 46.2 million people live below income level needed to make a bare-essentials living in the United States. This statistic alone should command the need for a "Real Change" that we all can measure. In my opinion, it is more likely to become a welfare recipient or a section 8 participant than it is to become a home or business owner. What I am proposing is real changes in today’s society and today’s market that would inspire and improve the quality of lives for those afflicted and stimulate the economy as a whole. Wiping out the low income class would start a whole new era. “Speak-up and Sign-up”. What makes this petition so important is that there is no other program that would take such a bold and confident stance on ending poverty. Thank you...Lyric Black
