Eliminate the lower tax rate on investment income and carried interest income; tax all income at the same rates.

Wealth should be taxed at the same rates as work. The lower rate (15%) for interest and dividend income should be eliminated. The "carried interest" loophole used by private equity firms to shelter income should be eliminated.
