Eliminate mandatory binding arbitration clauses

Created by J.N. on April 21, 2016

Mandatory binding arbitration is unfair! It is a one sided process whereby business impose clauses on the public that are contrary to the due process clause of the Constitution. As an American citizen it is my right to take a business or individual to court when I have been wronged to seek justice and relief. I do not believe that "justice is blind"! Congress looked at this issue and realized it was unfair a few years ago, but somehow the effort to change these type clauses has been stopped. Please see H.R 301D, The Arbitration Fairness Act.
