ALL activity revolves around The Test. No money OR time for enrichment directed toward the brightest. US's Chopin, Einstein, West, and Edison 's will never bloom.
$ and time is directed toward the "bubble" students so the school will be 'acceptable'. Politics and big $ envades education. Texas will pay over 1/2 BILLION $ to a private company to develop OUR state test. Teachers have developed tests ...hum
