Eliminate Medicaid and scale down Medicare for all American's under the age of 50.

Pass legislation to eliminate medicaid for all American's age 50 and below. Continue with the existing program for U.S. citizens that are age 51 or above. Pass legislation to reform the Medicare program placing lifetime limits for each American citizen of the United States. Lifetime limits to be established with a benchmark equal for all U.S. citizens and paid for by individual income tax rates.
