Eliminate the Medicare Part D Coverage Gap, the so-called "doughnut hole" for seniors and those with disabilities

Created by A.B. on September 23, 2011

The Coverage Gap for Medicare Part D or the so-called "Doughnut hole" needs to be eliminated because it creates a deadly and stressful unnecessary financial burden on seniors, those people with disabilities, and those on fixed incomes.

The current premium paid by those on Medicare in addition to their many years of contributing to the system is enough. These American citizens should be covered for their medications and not required to pay additional money to get the medications to which they are entitled.

This coverage gap must be eliminated.
