eliminate most requirements for veterans to obtain a home loan.

Created by J.F. on February 04, 2013

All veterans past, present, and future who are rated 100% service connected, have a credit score of 620, the income, and have not filed bankruptcy in three years should be able to obtain a home loan. No other things should matter. If a veteran has been approved for a SAH (Special Adapting Housing) grant and the house that the veteran lives in to be found unacceptable up to a certain percentage should be able to buy a new home that is.
The old home should be able to be given back to who ever holds the lien, sold or short sale.
