Create a budget that accounts 10% toward national debt reduction.
Eliminate all programs that provide welfare to non working members of society.
Create a new welfare program for the elderly and invalid.
Create a workfare program that transitions those on the old welfare program who are not invalid or 100% handicap into a workfare program. Create workfare jobs that are aimed at making government more efficient and teaching welfare recipients skills needed to obtain and manifest jobs outside of government programs.
