The North Korean regime is breaking every human right there could be, and they have no shame in doing so, in fact they're proud of it. The Chinese government is supporting the atrocities that go on, and America turns a blind eye because we stand to gain from trade with those cultures. The united states fears actual action because China (North Korea's only supporter) holds the majority of our country's financial debt.
