Eliminate the not credible designation of AMA certified medical professionals in the disability process

Created by E.D. on January 30, 2016

At the point of a SSA disability claimant's process where they have had a hearing with an administrative law judge and the judge is making a determination, the judge may deem the claimant's medical doctors or other professionals not credible. I don't believe any AMA Board Certified medical professional should be deemed not credible outside DOJ auspices and without them being represented in the hearing.
