We the people ask the federal government to Change an existing Administration policy:

Eliminate or impose restrictions on Implied Powers Section 8, a corrupt way of government creating laws.

Created by C.K. on June 11, 2016

Implied Powers Section 8, under Article I, was put into the Legislative Branch at the end where no one would bother to be patient to read it. Madison, the one who created it, explained that all "laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into execution of foregoing powers..." This means that any Article I power can be used if it relates to the "necessary and proper" action. However, over the years, Section 8 has enacted laws and policies that have related in extremely narrow scope. It is for this reason that I ask that until Section 8 is revised for this very reason, laws and policies enacted under this power under narrow scope should go through the normal process of law. Until these corrupt laws are reevaluated, they must not be removed until reconsideration of removal.
