Eliminate or reform the current welfare system. The system is plagued with corruption, laziness and greed. The current system is broken and in many cases, rewards laziness and dependency. We should not continue to reward those who refuse to go out and work with incentives to continue to sit at home and collect a free check. Hard working citizens of the United States should not be forced to fund such a system that is broke and inefficient. At the minimum, the system needs a massive reform effort to end the waste and corruption. Passing a drug test should also be mandatory before receiving any assistance.
