If the we switch $1, $5, $10, $20, $50 and $100 bills to coins it will greatly reduce crime (when people are faking money) because it is very hard to make/fake coins and get away with it. Although it will add weight to bags and other things you might use to carry them but if made with certain metals or plastic they can weigh only a few ounces (one ounce is around 16 paperclips) the Federal Reserve has about 1.1 billion dollar coins in storage because right now so why not use them, also in the next 30 years we can save about $5.5 dollars.
