In rural areas, most people do not have to parrell park in areas so why test on it in the driving test at rural DMV offices? Yes it's good if you go to a bigger city but you can do that with practice at your own pace instead of doing it on your test.
Many teens and adults fail the driving exam because of parrell parking section. However, if we changed it to where it was optional or eliminate it completely In the rural areas...people would not be failing as much during the driving exams.
