Eliminate pay for elected federal officials until budget is corrected. Stop taking pay from the people.

Elected officials should not continue to get paid for not doing their jobs. As they continue to get their salaries, DoD and other Federal employees are losing pay (1 month worth before Oct) while not being able to utilize earned paid leave. Once a fair budget is reached then their pay can resume. They have even eliminated tuition assistance for service members without prior notice, but continue to take more paid vacation than any other group of Americans anywhere.
