Eliminate PayDay and Title Loans in the U.S.

Having hit rough times over the past few years, I resorted to PayDay and Title Loans to get by. Fortunately, still employed but struggling to keep things a float the big banks that received bailouts would not loan to me even a few thousand. So I had to resort to these loans and that has been a mistake. The high interest rates, rude service, and extensive amounts of fraud that I have come across from these has led me to this petition. Having written my governor and had no worthwhile response I decided to go up a notch. Mr. Obama I am a proud supporter of you. I am asking the government to step in and as part of the financial reform that was brought up over the years eliminate payday and title loans from this country. Wipe out the Greed and Fraud now.
