I believe the time has to come to eliminate the beloved penny from circulation. The penny has outlived its usefulness in today economy. the penny can't be used in vending machines and a lot of people throw the the penny on the ground. businesses won't have any issues rounding costs to the nearest nickle. Therefore i feel it is time to eliminate the penny.
