God himself instituted the right for all women to choose life. When women feel and know it is safest to give birth in their own homes or other safe non-institutional area they should always be allowed that option. To eliminate that right is a violation of human rights as a whole and dangerous to the woman and the child.
Women choose to give birth in their own homes and privacy for the following reasons:
*Poverty
*lack of access to quality medical care as she sees safe
*Poor care and/or verbal or derogatory abuse at near by medical facilities
*Knowledge of the health benefits towards the woman and child when giving birth in privacy
*Other medical problems that cause discrimination against her having safe birth in institutional setting.
Incrimination is violation of human right to life
