Eliminate poverty in the military after the soldiers come back from war.

Many soldiers after coming back from war and fighting for our country find themselves with very little money to spend on basic necessities like food and bills. Also, many soldiers have families who are counting on them to provide for them. The wives/husbands in those families usually do not work because they are moving around so much depending on where their husbands/wives are stationed.
