Eliminate the power of Executive Orders

The power to create an Executive Order, The idea of the executive order out side a legitimate time of war is just ridiculous. It side steps the system of checks and balances that are supposed to be part of our government. This is not just an Obama problem its one we have had for years. It just gives one person to much power. This country was founded on all men being equal. Not all men are equal except the president
