We the people believe that it is in the nations best interest and the best interest of our economy to eliminate to power of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) to solely and random change and create laws at their will that effects an entire nations economy without a vote from the citizens or a 2/3 congressional vote to impleament or enforce such changes or additions to national laws. This petition is to allow new laws or changes to interstate commerce laws proposed by the FMCSA to under go a vote by the people or a 2/3 vote from congress.
