Eliminate Primary Elections

It is unfair that the Democratic and Republican parties are the only parties allowed to vote for the primary elections. This creates a restraint on other members of different ideologies and putting down potential presidents of other parties. Therefore it is an act against Equal rights. I move that the primary elections become open to all political party members and presidential candidates to establish an equal foot hold for everyone.
