People have spent their whole lives working hard for what they have. By the time they are over 70 years old it gets hard to do anything. Most do not work which means that they are only living on Social Security. I believe that seniors over 70 years old should not have to pay their home property tax. Eliminating property taxes (excluding owned businesses) for seniors will help them live their rest of their lives without worrying. This will be a step forward in taking care of our seniors and today's generation when they get older.
