Eliminate the publication and distribtrituion of police publications and magazines such as Mug Shots

Eliminate the publication and distribution by police of such magazines such as Mug Shots which is precludes "quilt before innocence" and eliminates the right to a fair and impartial trial. These publications have big photos of citizens accused before depostion of trial which is "guilt before innocence:" and slanders , defames and libels the innocent. In addtion the said publications humiliates and are meant to embarrass the families of those in the publication. In addtition to pursuing those who distribute the magaInes there should be civil tort for the damages to the reputation of those included in Mug Shots and similiar publications.
