Eliminate the publishing and distribution of police magazines such as Mug Shots which is unconstitutional

Eliminate the publication and distribution of police publications and magazines such as Mug Shots which promotes "guilty before innocent' and slanders, defammes, and libels the character of the innocent and is humilitaing for the family. The publications are distributed by police and are designed to preclude guilt before innocence and should be pursued as a direct opposite of the right to a fair trial and the publications be considered unconstitutional. In addition civil tort should be provided to those harmed by the publication.
