Eliminate the Railway Labor Act - As it limits the right of a employee group to strike, when the need exists.

The Railway Labor Act limits the ability of Railway and Airline employees to strike, if after labor negotiations neither parties can agree to a contract. It requires the National Mediation Board to act as a mediator and they have the ability to extend, indefinitely, contract negotiations and refuse release from mediation. This removes the threat of a strike, and thereby the purpose of a unionized workforce.
